1. What is the minimum order quantity?
Being the flexible manufacturer for our customers, Yan Nuo NO minimum order quantity. Before customers order, we are glad to discuss the MOQ and price that everything we can offer to you.

Of course, We do !

3. What is the MOQ if I want to do the OEM services? Why this MOQ?
Generally, the customer wants to do the OEM services, the MOQ is 3000-5000pcs.
The reason is the MOQ of the products bottles, spray, carton, packaging box…. around 3000-5000pcs, so that’s the reason for OEM’s MOQ.

4. What is the MOQ if I want to do the ODM/OBM services? Why this MOQ?
Generally, if our customer wants to do the ODM/OBM services, the MOQ it could be around 3000 - 5000pcs.
The reason is the MOQ of the products bottles, spray, carton, packaging box…. around 3000-5000pcs, so that’s the reason for ODM/OBM’s MOQ.

5. What is the different between MOQ and OEM/ODM/OBM’s MOQ?
    If you want to order our products there is NO MOQ, but if you want to do the OEM/ODM/OBM service the MOQ will around 3000-5000pcs.

6. Do you accept customization?
Yes, we do. Not only the product ingredients, volume, flavor, package…. but also we can do the formula depends on your countries.

7. What payment methods we offer?

8. When can I get the quotation?
After we receive your requirement, we usually quoted price in 24-72 hours. If you are in an urgent quotation, you also can contact us by email, Whatsapp, Skype or Wechat, that we would offer your quotation priority.

9. How much is the deposit?
After confirmed the quotation, 60% of the deposit is needed.

10. Do you provide the samples before bulk production? How long can I receive the sample?
Yes, it will take 7-10 working days (including delivery time), we usually use international express such as FedEx,           DHL to deliver the samples. We will provide 3-5 samples for you. The delivery fee will pay by yourself.

11. How long will the whole procedure take ?
 After we place your order, in generally it will take approximately 5 – 6 weeks, including manufacture, delivery time.

12. How about the transportation and delivery date?
 It depends on which country and city you stay.
